As part of its investment attraction and promotion policy, the Ministry of Economy established a service, support, and follow-up model for domestic and foreign investors through the Single Window for Investors (VUIMX®), a public and free-of-charge tool that provides contact and guidance for the planning and establishment of investments in Mexico.

Through the portal, interested parties can access a step-by-step guide from the investor’s perspective, which integrates information on general and sector-specific procedures at the federal level, as well as access to state-level microsites that facilitate linkage and provide information for each state. More Info

The Investor Relations Office (ORI) is responsible for managing the dialogue between officials of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP), analysts, and investors. On the ORI website, you will find information on Mexico’s economic environment, public finances, and public debt.

In addition, the Debt Operations section provides all relevant information on Federal Government instruments, the conditions and calendar for participating in auctions, and the list of market makers. More Info

Mexico makes ongoing efforts to attract foreign direct investment to various sectors of the Mexican economy.

The General Directorate of Global Economic Promotion (DGIEG) serves as a link between international organizations, the private sector, and the three levels of government to attract investment to the country and promote Mexico’s image abroad, through more than 160 Embassies and Consulates around the world.
