DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL TITLE (07/18/1990). To construct, operate, exploit, conserve, and maintain the 103-km high-specification highway section of the Torreón-Cuencamé-Durango highway under federal jurisdiction, in the states of Coahuila and Durango. The concession term is 9 years.
FIRST ADDENDUM (05/07/1992). Extension of the concession for the 32-km Cuencamé-Yerbanís subsection. The concession term is modified to 14 years and 6 months.
SECOND AMENDMENT (11/16/1994). The concession term is extended to 30 years.
THIRD AMENDMENT (07/28/2011). Construction, exploitation, operation, conservation, and maintenance of the Torreón-Cuencamé-Yerbanís section, with a length of 117 km, beginning at km 115+200 of the Torreón-Cuencamé-Durango Highway and ending at km 232+200 of the same highway, or at km 9+280 of the Gómez Palacio-Ciudad Juárez Highway, Durango. Up to 30 more years have been added to the concession term. Financial burden to allocate the remaining income derived from the operation of the concessioned road, once the financial liabilities supported by said income have been settled, to complete the payment of the financing contracted to build the Northern Bypass of the Laguna and the interchanges at grade separation to connect the concessioned section Durango-Yerbanís with the International Airport of the City of Durango and with the City of Guadalupe Victoria, as well as to the recovery of the respective investments and the obtaining of the corresponding return, deducting in all cases the necessary amounts to timely cover the corresponding operation and maintenance expenses.
FOURTH AMENDMENT (03/20/2020). The application of the remaining cash flows to the Durango-Yerbanis concession is included within the scope to cover the shortfalls in financial resources derived from the operation, exploitation, conservation, and maintenance of the Ixmiquilpan Bypass.
FIFTH AMENDMENT (11/10/2020). Allocate the remaining income derived from exploitation to the financing contracted for the construction of the Ciudad Juárez Bypass, as well as the recovery of the respective investments and the obtaining of the corresponding returns.
SIXTH AMENDMENT (08/22/2023). The financial burden established in the fourth amendment is eliminated.
