DESCRIPTION OF INVESTMENTS

Investment objective
The Trust will offer one of the best alternatives in investment vehicles specialized in Transportation Infrastructure for institutional investors and private funds. The Trust may not invest in Eligible Companies dedicated to the areas of public safety or social rehabilitation.

    • 1. ACSA, current holder of the Durango-Torreón Concession and the Laguna North Bypass;
      2. ACOMEX, current holder of the Toluca-Zitácuaro (State Limits) Concession and the Valle de Bravo Branch;
      3. COINSAN, current holder of the San Luis Potosí-Río Verde Concession;
      4. MAYAB, current holder of the Kantunil-Cancún Highway Concession;
      5. ICASAL, current holder of the Río Verde Concession and the Río Verde CPS;
      6. LIPSA, current holder of the La Piedad Concession (La Piedad Bypass)
      7. TUCA, current holder of the Acapulco Tunnel Concession of the Highway Concessions;
      8. GANA, Amozoc III of the Mexico-Orizaba Toll Highway.
