The work to be performed consists of:

Modernization of the Cd. Valles – Tampico highway corridor—specifically the Cd. Valles – Tamuín section and the route through Ébano—involving the widening of the roadway crown from 7.0 m to 12.0 m between km 4+000 and km 34+000, and from 7.0 m to 22.0 m between km 74+000 and km 83+500 (a total length of 39.5 km). The project includes the construction of the "La Cementera" (km 5+500), "Río Florido" (km 27+500), and "El Huiche" (km 32+850) bridges; underpasses (PIPRs) at km 75+660, km 77+240, km 77+820, and km 78+820; and overpasses (PSVs) at km 78+314 and km 78+541. These works entail earthworks, drainage structures, pavement construction, ancillary works, and signage installation within the state of San Luis Potosí.

Bidders must ensure that materials, machinery, and permanently installed equipment used in the execution of the work account for a minimum of 30% of the project's value in terms of national content. Likewise, the minimum percentage of local labor to be incorporated by bidders into the works or services to be performed shall be 30%.
