The work to be performed consists of:
-Modernization of the Cuautla – Tlapa – Marquelia highway corridor (part of Highway No. 2430, Route MEX-160 Cuautla – Izúcar de Matamoros), specifically the Jantetelco – Izúcar de Matamoros section (km 97+500 to 132+700, length: 35.2 km). This involves earthworks, drainage structures, asphalt concrete paving, structural works, interchanges, complementary works, miscellaneous tasks, and horizontal and vertical signage, across the states of Morelos and Puebla.
-Routine and periodic maintenance of sections of Highway MEX-160 (Cuautla – Izúcar de Matamoros), specifically the Cuautla – Izúcar de Matamoros section (km 0+000 to 132+700, length: 132.7 km), across the states of Morelos and Puebla.

The project's primary objective is to ensure the continuous flow of long-distance vehicles traveling along this highway.

Bidders must meet a 30% national content requirement regarding the value of materials, machinery, and permanently installed equipment used in the execution of the work. Additionally, bidders must ensure that local labor accounts for at least 30% of the workforce employed for the works or services to be performed.
