DESCRIPTION OF INVESTMENTS

Investment objective
The Trust’s main objective is to invest in shares and equity interests representing the capital stock of Eligible Companies involved in electricity generation projects and to distribute the proceeds generated by these Eligible Companies to the Holders of the Certificates.
 
As of March 31, 2025 it has invested in

    • The asset portfolio consist of 12 combined-cycle power plants generation facility:
      1. Altamira III and IV, located in the municipality of Altamira, in Tamaulipas,
      2. Altamira V, located in the municipality of Altamira, in Tamaulipas,
      3. Baja California, located in the municipality of Ensenada, in Baja California,
      4. Enertek, located in the municipality of Altamira, in Tamaulipas,
      5. Escobedo, located in the municipality of El Carmen, Nuevo Leon, (0220 CFE: Northeast Combined Cycle Power Plant).
      6. La Laguna, located in the municipality of Gómez Palacio, in Durango,
      7. La Venta III, a wind power generation project, located in the municipality of Santo Domingo Ingenio, in Oaxaca,
      8. Monterrey I and II, located in the municipality of Pesquería, in Nuevo León,
      9. Monterrey III and IV, located in the municipality of Pesquería, in Nuevo León,
      10. Tamazunchale I, located in the municipality of Tamazunchale, in San Luis Potosí,
