The project consists of the modernization and conservation of the Pachuca - Huejutla - Tamazunchale highway to two lanes, and the construction of the Tamazunchale bypass. It is estimated that this project will generate 20,022 jobs. The highway has a connection with the Main Axes 9 "Circuito Transístmico" and 12 "Corredor Altiplano".
