DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL TITLE (Oct. 14, 2005). The company Ferrosur, S.A. de C.V. is granted a concession for the general railway communication lines corresponding to the Oaxaca and Southern Short Routes, as well as their operation and exploitation. The general railway communication lines comprise the railway tracks, right-of-way, traffic control centers, and signals for railway operations.

FIRST MODIFICATION (Oct. 01, 2012). The Oaxaca Short Route, consisting of railway line "E", Sánchez-Oaxaca, from km E-150+000 to km E-367+000, is excluded from the concession. Therefore, said line and assets, along with all associated works and improvements carried out by the "CONCESSIONAIRE," revert to the Federal Government without limitation of ownership and free of all encumbrances.
