The work to be carried out consists of the modernization of the Villahermosa - Francisco Escarcega highway, from 12 to 23 meters in width, section: Tabasco/Campeche state line, from km 220+000 to km 287+000, through earthworks, structures, drainage and subdrainage works, asphalt concrete pavement, seal coat, complementary works, and horizontal and vertical signage; this includes the construction of vehicular overpasses, vehicular bridges, at-grade and grade-separated interchanges, U-turns, pedestrian underpasses, access roads, and bus stops, in the state of Campeche.

The percentage of national content that bidders must meet in the value of the work, including materials, machinery, and permanently installed equipment, to be used in the execution of the work, will be 30%. Likewise, the minimum percentage of local labor that bidders must incorporate into the works or services to be carried out will be 30%.
