Modernization—widening the roadway crown from 7.0 m to 12.0 m—of the Guerrero/Oaxaca State Border – Pinotepa Nacional section from km 207+800 to km IG(km 252+650 AT = km 0+000 AD) and the Pinotepa Nacional – Puerto Escondido section from km IG(km 252+650 AT = km 0+000 AD) to km 140+000. The project involves earthworks, drainage works, structures, paving (comprising hydraulic base, asphalt base, and asphalt concrete surfacing), signage, and maintenance along the Salina Cruz – Zihuatanejo highway corridor in the State of Oaxaca.

The percentage of national content—comprising materials, machinery, and permanently installed equipment to be used in the execution of the work—that bidders must meet shall be 30% of the project's value. Likewise, the minimum percentage of local labor that bidders must incorporate into the works or services to be performed shall be 30%.
