The project consists of the expansion and maintenance of the Ciudad Valles-Tampico Highway.

Modernization of Federal Highway MEX-70: Ciudad Valles - Tampico, section: Ébano - Canoas Junction, subsection: from km 83+500 to km 86+500, including the "El Polvorín" bridge at km 84+535.36, the "El Jobo" junction at km 85+760, and the "El Paraíso" junction at km 86+336, with a length of 3.0 km, in the state of Veracruz. This project involves widening both sides of the road to a width of 22.00 meters, and constructing earthworks, drainage works, asphalt concrete pavement, complementary works, and vertical, horizontal, and institutional signage.
