DESCRIPTION
The project involves the construction of a 12" diameter steel pipeline with a capacity of 100 l/s, from the Gonzalo N. Santos Dam to the San José Dam. It includes 16 crossings with roads, other channels, and streams, intake and discharge works, and supervision. Benefiting 907,903 inhabitants.

The dates indicated in the Current Status section correspond to the bidding process for the pipeline construction.

REMARKS
The award notice states that it was determined that the bidders did not meet the requirements requested by the convening entity for the National Public Bidding procedure number LO-16-B00-016B00985-N-7-2026, to carry out the work related to: “Construction of the Water Conduction Line from the Gonzalo N. Santos Dam (El Peaje) to the San José Dam, for the Water Supply to San Luis Potosí.”, as none of the proposals presented were satisfactory in their legal, technical and economic aspects; for this reason, the National Water Commission, through the Material Resources Management, determines to declare this contracting procedure void.
