The project consists of the construction of a drinking water intake source and, consequently, its transmission line. It includes the following actions or components:

The project's objective is to provide a sufficient, safe, and reliable source of drinking water to the residents of the municipality of Coatzacoalcos, guaranteeing its use and accessibility at reasonable costs over a useful life of 23 years.
