DESCRIPTION
The project involves the construction and maintenance of the Tierra y Libertad Circuit. It is estimated that this project will generate 1,455 jobs.

Construction of the El Hospital bypass, with a target length of 8.4 km, includes four at-grade interchanges and a 20 m long bridge, located in the municipalities of Yautepec and Cuautla, Morelos.
