REMARKS

On March 15, 2005, SICT granted the Government of the State of Campeche the concession to operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the bridge called "La Unidad-Eugenio Echeverría Castellot" for a period of 20 years, which is no longer in operation.

On July 2, 2013, the State Government requested SICT to grant a concession to operate, exploit, conserve and maintain a new La Unidad Bridge, since the "La Unidad-Eugenio Echeverría Castellot Bridge" is no longer in optimal condition to continue adequately communicating Isla del Carmen with Isla Aguada in the State of Campeche and the investments that will be required for its renovation are just as expensive as the construction of a new bridge with the same functions.
