Banobras successfully carried out the issuance of two bonds—BANOB 25-4, through a reopening, and BANOB 25-5—for a combined amount of 13 billion MXN. This transaction, the final one of 2025, forms part of the Annual Financing Plan.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP), in coordination with the institutions that make up the Financial Education Committee (CEF), presented the National Financial Education Strategy 2025–2030, a plan designed to ensure that Mexicans have the necessary tools to make better decisions about their money and build a stronger financial future.

The head of the Federal Railroad Administration (ARTF), Andrés Lajous, reported that these sections will form part of the Monterrey Metropolitan Area and together total 48 km.
Three proposals are currently under review for the procurement of 47 trains that will operate the Mexico City–Querétaro–Irapuato and Saltillo–Monterrey–Nuevo Laredo routes.
