Investment of 612 million MXN in highway projects in Baja California Sur

The Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport (SICT), led by Jesús Antonio Esteva Medina, announced that between 2025 and 2026, a total of 612 million MXN will be allocated to priority highway infrastructure projects in Baja California Sur.

The Ministry highlighted ongoing works in the state, such as the construction of the Glorieta Fonatur Underpass in Los Cabos, which is already underway; the modernization of the La Paz–Ciudad Insurgentes highway; the repair of bridges damaged by natural events; and the strengthening of the Road Maintenance Program.
