DESCRIPTION OF INVESTMENTS


Investment objective
Investment in shares or representative capital stock of Eligible Companies, whose exclusive activity consists of (A) investing in infrastructure and energy projects implemented through concessions, service provision contracts or any other contractual scheme, provided that said concessions , contracts or schemes are concluded between the public sector and individuals, for the provision of services to the public sector or to the end user, which are in the operation stage and whose remaining validity at the time of the acquisition of the shares or social parts, is equal to or greater than the term required in accordance with the Fiscal Provisions on Fibra-E; and (B) carry out any other exclusive activity provided for by the Tax Provisions Regarding Fibra-E.

Outstanding events

- April 30, 2026. Information for the First Quarter of 2026 for Trust 5073
- June 13, 2025. The Issuer informs the investing public that today FEXI, in its capacity as buyer, entered into an agreement under which the parties agreed to the purchase and sale of common shares, which represent approximately 77.015% of the subscribed and paid-in capital stock of Concesionaria de Infraestructura del Bajío, S.A. de C.V. (“CIBSA”), the concessionaire of the Salamanca–León Highway in the state of Guanajuato. This acquisition was made in a proportion of 51% by FEXI and 49% by another buyer (the “Buyers”).
- April 28, 2025. Mexico Infrastructure Partners F1, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (“MIP”), in its capacity as Manager pursuant to the Irrevocable Trust Agreement for the Issuance of Energy and Infrastructure Investment Trust Certificates No. 5073, identified under the ticker symbol “FEXI21”, has entered into a purchase agreement for private debt notes for an amount of up to MXN 2,800,000,000.00 (Two billion eight hundred million Mexican pesos 00/100)

REMARKS

September 13, 2024. The administrator reported that, in connection with the Recurrent Issuer Program authorized by the Noteholders’ Meeting on November 4, 2022, the CNBV granted the Issuer Trust, on September 6, 2024, the preventive registration with the National Registry of Securities for:
(i) long-term trust notes (CEBURES), and
(ii) additional energy and infrastructure investment trust notes, identified with ticker symbol “FEXI 21”.
Additionally, on September 11, 2024, the BMV issued its favorable opinion for the preventive listing of Trust Notes under the Recurrent Issuer Program, which has an authorized amount of up to $30,000 million. The amount of CEBURES issuances may not exceed $5,000 million, or its equivalent in U.S. dollars or investment units, and up to 1,315,789,473 CBFE’s may be issued, provided that the aggregate number of outstanding issuances at any time does not exceed the authorized amount.
