- May 04, 2026 Fibra Danhos has been selected as a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) MILA Pacific Alliance.
- March 27, 2026, the Holders’ Meeting approved a share repurchase program authorizing the acquisition of up to 5% of Fibra Danhos’ outstanding CBFIs to be carried out between March 2026 and March 2027, and also approved the issuance of up to 90 million additional CBFIs.
- Oct. 20, 2021, The CNBV authorized, through official letter 153/10026997, a Fiduciary Stock Certificates Program (Debt) for $8,000 million pesos with a validity of 5 years from this date, to carry out as many issuances as the issuer determines through restricted offers that may have terms of no less than 1 year and no more than 40 years.
