DESCRIPTION

Development of the project for the provision of services called Regional Hospital of Alta Especialidad del Bajío and Support Unit with the following infrastructure:
- 184 census beds
- 63 unaccountable beds
- service portfolio.
ADDEUNDUM (May 11, 2006). The fiscal address of the investor is corrected.
1ST. AMENDING AGREEMENT (Nov. 28, 2006). The specific purpose company is incorporated as an additional party in order to act as main responsible party.
2ND. AMENDING AGREEMENT (Jan. 25, 2007). Extensions and update of dates
3RD. AMENDING AGREEMENT (Jan. 06, 2011). The tenth clause of the Representative of the Ministry and the twenty-second clause regarding Notifications are modified.


Medical services will be provided by personnel from the Ministry of Health.

On October 16, 2023, the AGREEMENT by which the bases for the process of desincorporating by merger the Center and the Regional High Specialty Hospitals indicated with the IMSS-BIENESTAR was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
