DESCRIPTION
The project consists of a Regional Specialty Services Hospital "Bicentenario 2010” in Ciudad Victoria. The installed capacity is 94 census beds, 95 non-census beds, 9 operating rooms, 35 Specialty clinics and 1 Telemedicine, 26 Medical Specialties, 14 Surgical Specialties, 8 Surgical Subspecialties and 4 Medical Support Specialty Units (UNEMES).

PROJECT’S SUSTAINABILITY SUMMARY

The purpose of the project is the infrastructure, equipment and operating services of the Regional Hospital of High Specialty in Ciudad Victoria, to serve disadvantaged population of the states of Tamaulipas and Veracruz, mainly. Implements measures for the efficient use of water and energy, as well as the use of solar panels for the provision of services.

REMARKS
On October 11, 2023, the DECREE by which the Center and the Regional High Specialty Hospitals indicated with the IMSS-BIENESTAR were disincorporated by merger was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

On October 16, 2023, the AGREEMENT by which the bases for the process of desincorporating by merger the Center and the Regional High Specialty Hospitals indicated with the IMSS-BIENESTAR was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
