DESCRIPTION
CONCESSION TITLE (Aug. 29, 1989). Construct, conserve and exploit the following sections of the federal highway 45 (Chihuahua-Ciudad Juarez):
i) on the Ciudad Juárez-Mexico highway, the Jiménez-Camargo stretch of 70 km;
ii) on the Chihuahua-Ciudad Juarez highway, section km 83 to 152 (El Sueco, 69 km); section km 152 to 239 (El Sueco-Villa Ahumada, 87km); and section km 239 to 319 (Villa Ahumada-Samalayuca, 80 km).
Validity of 17 years from the granting; 2 more years for related services, extendable.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Aug. 17, 1994). The term of the concession is extended to 25 years.
SECOND MODIFICATION (Aug. 29, 2008). The term of the concession is extended to 30 years as of August 29, 1989.
THIRD MODIFICATION (June 14, 2013). Additional extension of the term up to 30 years that will expire on August 29, 2049.
FOURTH MODIFICATION (Apr. 04, 2016). Re-expression of the concession title to recognize Fibra Estatal Chihuahua, S.A. de C.V. as the Contractor.
