DESCRIPTION
ORIGINAL CONCESSION (March 30, 2012). Construct, operate, maintain, conserve and exploit, the 64.1 km long Morelia bypass, the 25.2 km long Uruapan bypass and the 272 km long Patzcuaro-Uruapan-Lazaro Cardenas toll highway and modernization works associated to it (Paquete Carretero Michoacan). The concession includes the right-of-way, works, constructions and other goods and accessories.

FIRST MODIFICATION (Feb. 8, 2023): The obligation to construct, operate, exploit, preserve, and maintain the Uruapan Bypass is cancelled.
SECOND MODIFICATION (Apr. 04, 2023: The term of the concession is extended to 60 years.

REMARKS
On January 11, 2026, the SICT reported that the modernization of the Pátzcuaro – Uruapan sections is expected to be completed in February 2026, and the Uruapan – Nueva Italia section in December 2026, while works on the Lázaro Cárdenas section would begin in January 2026.
