DESCRIPTION

TITTLE OF CONCESSION (Sept. 28, 1993). Concession to construct, operate, maintain, conserve and exploit the Mexican section of the Cordova - De las Americas International bridge, connecting Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico and El Paso, Texas, United States of America. The term of the concession is 30 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Nov. 16, 1994). Modifications to the terms and conditions of the concession title.
SECOND MODIFICATION (June 25, 2024). The concession period is extended to 60 years.
