DESCRIPTION
ORIGINAL CONCESSION (03/26/1993). Rehabilitation, construction, exploitation and conservation of the 15.6 km long Peñon-Texcoco toll highway. The term of the concession is 20 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (11/28/2003). Extension of the term of the concession to 30 years.
SECOND MODIFICATION (06/30/2011). To grant an extension of the Concession for an additional 20 years, so that the Concessionaire may recover. together with the corresponding yield, the investments made under the Concession in fulfillment of its obligations.
THIRD MODIFICATION (09/28/2012). To establish the new Tariff Regulation Bases.
FOURTH MODIFICATION (06/17/2013). Extension for an additional term of up to 30 years.
FIFTH MODIFICATION (01/20/2015). Construction of a third lane in both directions for the highway subject to the concession, as well as toll-free roads within the existing concession's right-of-way.
SIXTH MODIFICACIÓN (07/05/2024). The Twelfth Condition of the Concession Title is hereby amended
