DESCRIPTION

CONCESSION TITLE (Mar. 13, 1992). Construct, conserve and exploit 32.7 kilometers from the 36+600 km to the 69+300 km of the Providencia-Fresnillo bypass, in Zacatecas. The concession includes the 4-lane extension of the Libertad-Fresnillo toll-free road. The term of the concession is 14 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Oct. 11, 1994)). Construction, operation, exploitation, conservation and maintenance of the Fresnillo City Bypass of 20 km (length precision), from km 49+780 to 69+830, and operation, exploitation, conservation and maintenance of the Calera and Enrique Estrada bypasses of 12.2 km, from km 24+400 to 36+600. Extension of the concession term to 30 years.
SECOND MODIFICATION (May 6, 2026). The concession title is modified as follows: it now includes the construction, operation, exploitation, conservation, and maintenance of the Fresnillo, Zacatecas City Bypass, 20.05 km long, from km 49+780 to 69+830; the operation, exploitation, conservation, and maintenance of the Calera and Enrique Estrada Bypasses (sometimes referred to as the Estrada Interchange), 12.2 km long, from km 24+400 to 36+600 originating in Zacatecas; and the loading facilities which the concessionaire will not have the right to operate; that is, they are toll-free. The concession's term is defined as March 12, 2052.
