Modernization and expansion of the Salina Cruz – Zihuatanejo priority corridor through:
1) Replacement of existing structures via the construction of the following bridges on the Las Cruces – Pinotepa Nacional Federal Highway (MEX-200), Las Vigas – Guerrero/Oaxaca State Border section: "Arroz" (km 187+428, length 69.66 m), "Miguel Alemán" (km 189+071, length 25.46 m), "Pozos de Agua" (km 190+800, length 32.73 m), "Inoportuno" (km 194+636, length 6.4 m), "La Esperanza" (km 196+220, length 25.60 m), and "La Tortura" (km 197+350, length 25.60 m).
2) Modernization of the Acapulco – Zihuatanejo Federal Highway (MEX-200) covering a distance of 103.0 km—including junctions and rest areas—in the Costa Grande region of the State of Guerrero.

Bidders must ensure that the national content—comprising materials, machinery, and permanently installed equipment used in the execution of the work—accounts for 30% of the project's value. Likewise, the minimum percentage of local labor to be utilized by bidders for the works or services to be performed shall be 30%.
