DESCRIPTION
CFE: Lump Sum Work and Price Evaluation for the Civil and Electromechanical Construction of the Milagros Electrical Substation, located in the municipality of Nezahualcóyotl, State of Mexico. The substation will consist of two 60 MVA three-phase transformers, two 230 kV SF6 gas-insulated feeders, and 16 23 kV medium-voltage feeders, plus two 9 MVAr capacitor banks. It includes the civil and electromechanical work for the Milagros Transmission Line with the Santa Cruz-Aurora Junction, rated at 230 kV with two circuits, comprising a 0.36 km overhead section with self-supporting towers and aluminum conductors, and a 0.03 km underground transition with polyethylene-insulated copper cable.

Proposals must consider the following national content requirements for the project:
- At least 90% of labor.
- At least 55.29% in materials and permanent installation equipment.
