The project consists of a contract for the provision of services consisting of the maintenance, rehabilitation and operation of the 514.6 km Gulf of Mexico Corridor, under a payment scheme subject to compliance with performance standards, including the activities of the construction or modernization stage:
- Section 1. Construction of the 9.2 km Tampico South Bypass on the A4.
- Section 2. Expansion to A4 of the Libramiento Poniente de Tampico with 13.3 km on the trunk and rehabilitation of the two existing lanes.
- Section 3. Rehabilitation and expansion from 2 to 4 lanes of the Manuel Station - Zaragoza section in its 81.7 km.
- Section 4. Rehabilitation of the Zaragoza - Ciudad Victoria section of 78.9 km.
- Section 5. Rehabilitation and extension to A4 of the Ciudad Victoria - La Coma section of 112.3 km.
- Section 6. Rehabilitation and extension to A4 of the La Coma - La Loma section of 80 km.
- Section 7. Rehabilitation and expansion to A4 of the La Loma - Reynosa section of 102.5 km.
- Section 8. Rehabilitation of the 36.7 km already in operation, as well as the completion of 8.8 km of a single body of the Nuevo Laredo Bypass to give continuity to what already exists and have a complete A4 track in two separate bodies.
The pre-construction/preparatory stage will be under the infrastructure availability payment scheme.
