DESCRIPTION

Concession for the design, construction, operation, maintenance, conservation, and exploitation of the Saltillo - Saltillo-Monterrey Junction Bypass, in the State of Coahuila de Zaragoza, as well as the Additional Operational Sections, with the specific guidelines that the bidder's project must include, in accordance with the bidding terms.

The concessionaire will begin construction of the works, under the terms stipulated in the programs that form part of its proposal and as established in the Concession Title.
