DESCRIPTION

The project consists of:
i) The use, utilization, and exploit of a total land area of ​​28,416 m2, consisting of a 10,580 m2 warehouse and a 17,836 m2 open-air operations yard, which must be designated for the operation of a specialized port facility, for public use, for the handling of mineral bulk (facility), located in the central area of ​​the port area of ​​the Port of Guaymas;
ii) Providing maneuvering services;
iii) With prior authorization from ASIPONA, the option of establishing a fixed conveyor belt from the facility to the fore-dock of Pier 2, 3, or 4, on the east side of the port, which are for public or common use and operated by maneuvering operators authorized by ASIPONA.
