The project consists of:
i) The use, operation, and exploitation of a total land area of 28,416 m², comprising a 10,580 m² warehouse and an open-air operations yard of 17,836 m², to be designated for the operation of a specialized public-use port facility for the handling of mineral bulk (the facility), located in the central area of the port compound at the Port of Guaymas.
ii) Providing cargo handling services.
iii) With prior authorization from ASIPONA (Administración del Sistema Portuario Nacional – National Port System Administration), the option to establish a fixed conveyor belt from the facility to the quay area of docks 2, 3, or 4 on the east side of the port, which are public or common-use areas where stevedores authorized by ASIPONA operate.
