The project consists of the design, construction, operation, maintenance, upkeep, and exploitation of the confined lanes of the Tijuana-Rosarito 2000 Corridor from Km 0+000 to Km 12+000, which includes the right-of-way and the execution of complementary works necessary for the Project, in the State of Baja California.

Complementary Works: All works, interventions, services, activities, constructions, adaptations, or improvements that are directly required to preserve, improve, or adapt the infrastructure related to the project, but that are not part of the design, construction, operation, operation, maintenance, or upkeep of the project, nor do they constitute essential components of its functional structure. These works will include, but are not limited to, caulking, patching, application of overlays, cleaning, signage, lighting, storm drainage, slope protection, induced works, pedestrian crossings, accesses, complementary road adaptations, and in general, all those actions necessary to ensure the functionality, safety and connectivity of the Project in its immediate urban or road environment, provided that they are not included in the main technical scope of the project.
