The project involves the construction of a 205 km railway line to provide passenger transportation services, with the following distribution:
- 50 km in Querétaro
- 95 km in Guanajuato
- 60 km in San Luis Potosí

The execution period is estimated at 3 years. It is expected to benefit 2.7 million people and generate 164,000 jobs, 54,600 direct and 109,400 indirect.
