DESCRIPTION
The project involves expanding the bulk water supply capacity to the Colima-Villa de Álvarez Metropolitan Area by constructing an intake at the Agua Fría Spring, a pipeline, two regulation tanks, and two pumping stations.

It seeks to increase bulk water supply by 500 l/s, benefiting residents of the Colima and Villa de Álvarez Metropolitan Areas with increased drinking water consumption.
