DESCRIPTION
Expansion of the bulk water supply capacity to the Colima-Villa de Álvarez Metropolitan Area by constructing an intake at the Agua Fría Spring, capable of extracting an annual average of 500 l/s, construction of a pipeline with a maximum capacity of 800 l/s, regulation tanks, and pumping stations.
