DESCRIPTION

The project involves the execution of flood protection works in the state of Tabasco, benefiting 340,000 residents.

By 2025, the target is 36.2 km of protection works and 21 rehabilitated structures:

PROTECTION WORKS
1. Marginal protection of the La Sierra River in El Cedral.
2. Protective wall of the Puxcatán River in El Castaño.
3. Sheet pile protection on the Puxcatán River in El Castaño.
4. Sheet piles on the Usumacinta River in La Guayaba.
5. Construction of drainage ditches for dredging the La Sierra River.
6. Dredging of the Jolchero River in Buena Vista, 3rd section.
7. Marginal protection of the Puxcatán River in Nicolás Bravo.
8. Dredging of the Nacajuca River (Tecolutla-Belén River section).
9. Protective embankment in Villa Tepetitán.
10. Marginal protection of the Usumacinta River in Ejido Canitzán.
11. Dredging of the Pichucalco River (La Lima - La Sierra River section)

13. Floodgates.
14. Groyne on the Usumacinta River, La Guayaba.

17. Protections on the La Sierra River in Jalapa.
