The project consists of the construction of civil and electromechanical works for the power supply to the Administration of the National Port System of Veracruz:

- Veracruz II Electrical Substation (E.S.) : Expansion of the substation to include two 230 kV feeders for the transmission lines connecting this facility to the Asipona Load Center substation; construction of civil and electromechanical works for the two 230 kV feeders and one control booth.
- Asipona Load Center Electrical Substation (E.S.) : Installation of two three-phase transformer banks of 30 MVA each, with voltages of 230/13.8 kV; two 230 kV feeders for the transmission lines linking this facility with the Veracruz II C1 and Veracruz II C2 substations; and 16 feeders at the 13.8 kV voltage level.
The project includes supply, testing, and commissioning.

-The national content requirement for labor during the execution of the works shall be 90%, and for materials and permanently installed equipment, it shall be at least 13.86%.
-Unit price contract with price-based evaluation.
-The Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) will grant an advance payment each fiscal year in which the works are carried out, equivalent to 30% of the scheduled amount to be executed in each fiscal year.
-The maximum contract price at which CFE considers the award of the contract feasible is 361,202,486.98 MXN, excluding VAT.
