The project consists of the design, construction, operation, management, conservation, and maintenance of a high-specification A4 highway approximately 95.50 km in length, called the "Metropolitan Bypass of Queretaro." It starts approximately at km 142+000 of federal highway MEX-057 (Mexico-Queretaro) and ends approximately at km 33+000 of federal highway MEX-057 (Queretaro-San Luis Potosi). Additionally, there will be a connection branch to the city of Queretaro, A2 highway approximately 2.30 km in length, which begins at about km 61+700 of the Metropolitan Bypass of Queretaro and ends at the 200 Queretaro - Tequisquiapan highway.
