DESCRIPTION

The project consists of the modernization, equipment, operation and administration of the Organism, through the replacement of equipment and implementation of well and automation and readings optimization to recover drinking water flows that are currently lost due to:

- Physical losses in the system, mainly as a consequence of the age of the infrastructure
- Under-measured consumptions from instrument accuracy errors
- Non regulated use of the resource

The management objectives include:
- Increase technical efficiency from 67.1% to 77%. As a consequence, 10% of the water produced (approximately 95 l/s) will be recovered.
- Increase commercial efficiency from 76.3% to 95%
- A continuous drinking water service (24 x 7) will be offered with adequate pressure, quantity and quality.
