Over 13.5 billion MXN in infrastructure in the State of Mexico

The Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport (SICT) is investing more than 13.5 billion MXN in infrastructure in the State of Mexico.

  • The head of SICT, Jesús Esteva Medina, highlighted that these resources will be allocated to public transport, road infrastructure, public space, and educational infrastructure.
  • The projects include the Ixtapaluca Trolleybus and the extension of the Mexibús system; the expansion and construction of vehicular bridges; road maintenance; and the construction of safe corridors and Technological High Schools.
