Petrobras and PEMEX Sign Memorandum of Understanding for Strategic Cooperation
- The collaboration also provides for the exchange of experience regarding the hydrocarbons sector regulatory frameworks of Brazil and Mexico.
- The agreement will remain in force for two years, with the possibility of renewal. It does not constitute a binding investment commitment, nor does it create a partnership, consortium, or joint venture between the parties.
The alliance includes the development of opportunities in the areas of exploration and production and industrial processes, as well as the exchange of experience on regulatory and institutional aspects of the sector.
