Mechanism for Electricity Generation and Storage Permits
With the purpose of establishing a specific, orderly, and priority mechanism for the receipt, evaluation, and resolution of applications for electricity generation and storage permits aligned with binding planning, as well as for the processing of the studies required for their integration into the National Electric System, submitted by private parties and to be carried out jointly with the state-owned public company, the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), or jointly, the CALL FOR PROPOSALS for the Processing of Strategic Electricity Generation and Storage Projects aligned with binding planning is hereby issued.
