Innovation Award – Sustainability Bonds (Americas): Banobras
Environmental Finance awarded Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios Públicos (Banobras) the Innovation Award in the Sustainability Bond Structure category (Americas) for the issuance of two gender-focused sustainable bonds, aimed at federal, state, and municipal projects designed to improve the quality of life of Mexicans.
It also highlighted the launch of its new digital platform, #BanobrasHoy, to enhance transparency and provide tools to monitor and track the use and allocation of funds obtained through sustainable bond issuances.
