Work Begins on “Agua para Colima,” Benefiting 240,000 Residents
The Government of Mexico, through the National Water Commission (Conagua), has launched the “Agua para Colima” project, which involves the construction of a 21-kilometer (km) aqueduct with an investment of 1,780 million pesos (mdp) to double the water supply for nearly 240,000 residents of the metropolitan area of Colima and Villa de Álvarez.
