Outstanding events

During the first quarter of 2025, RCO invested a total of $109.4 million in Expansion Works, which brings the cumulative total since the start of the Concession to $5,982.5 million, equivalent to the investment in the Expansion Works.
Accumulated divestments

June 5, 2020 The Issuer Trustee reports the exercise of the Joint Sale Right related to the Series B Shares of Red de Carreteras de Occidente and the cancellation of the registration in the National Securities Registry of the shares representing its capital stock.

REMARKS

- On June 4, 2020, following an agreement reached between the series "A" shareholders with Abertis, a road operator, and GIC, a change in control of RCO was made through the sale of the series "A" shares and a percentage of the series "B" shares, leaving the latter with 82.16% of RCO's shares.
