REMARKS

The investment period may be extended for two additional periods of one year each.
Sep. 15, 2021: The third amendment to the Concession Title was signed, authorizing the extension of the Project to connect with the Mexico–Pachuca highway. Due to its location, this extension makes the Project one of the main access routes to the Felipe Ángeles International Airport. The Project has been operational since Oct. 6, 2021. Construction on the extension is already underway.
