DESCRIPTION OF INVESTMENTS


Investment objective
The objective is to invest in activities related to planning, design, construction, development, operation, maintenance and conservation of Infrastructure Projects, to exploit the opportunities derived from the National Development Plan of Mexico.
 
As of March 31, 2025 it has invested in
  •   Other investments made and/or assets investments
    • - Kino Project, co-invested with Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (“CDPQ”): Portfolio includes five wind and three solar (PPM) projects across six Mexican states, with a total clean energy capacity of 1,818 MW.
      - Conmex Project, through Organización de Proyectos de Infraestructura, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (OPI) and Concesionaria Mexiquense, S.A. de C.V. (Conmex): Acquisition of a stake in the Circuito Exterior Mexiquense infrastructure project
