Outstanding events

- During the third quarter of 2019, the shares of the concession of Morelia and Uruapan Bypasses and Patzcuaro-Uruapan-Lazaro Cardenas Highway was sold.

REMARKS

On Nov. 30, 2015, the partners of Infraestructura Institucional, S. de R.L. de C.V. (former manager) and the partners of BlackRock México Infraestructura I, S. de R.L. de C.V. (BLK) agreed to merge the companies, disappearing the first one and keeping the second one. Therefore, BLK assumed all the manager's rights and obligations. Key executives are those directly provided by the manager in May 2017.
January 10, 2022 Mr. Juan Alberto Leautaud Sunderland resigned from the position of key official, as of this date he is replaced by Ms. Anne Louise Valentine Andrews.
