Outstanding events

- Apr. 16, 2025: Desarrollos Hidráulicos de Cancún reports it has been informed of the ruling in Amparo Proceeding No. 1323/2023, filed against Decree 195, in which the court ruled to dismiss the case in part and deny the amparo in part. Therefore, this ruling has not become final, and the definitive suspension granted to DHC through the interlocutory ruling dated Jan. 19, 2024, remains in effect and prevents the reversal of the concession granted to DHC.
