Investment objective
Fibra Orión will seek and maintain investments in both energy projects and infrastructure in the different subsectors allowed by the applicable regulations.
 
As of September 30, 2025 it has invested in
  •   Other investments made and/or assets investments
    • - Desarrollos Carreteros del Estado de Durango S.A. de C.V. (DECARRED) – Acquisition of a highway in Durango consisting of 10 non-toll segments totaling 326.7 km, modified to 318.7 km under the second amendment to the contract.
      - Autopistas de Guerrero S.A. de C.V. (AGSA) – Acquisition of the La Venta – Punta Diamante Viaduct, 21.5 km in length, dual carriageway, located in Acapulco de Juárez, Guerrero. The project is part of the Acapulco–Veracruz highway corridor and connects the Cuernavaca–Acapulco highway with Acapulco’s Diamante zone.
      - Fuerza Eólica San Matías S. de R.L. de C.V. (FESM) – Execution of the Subscription and Share Purchase Agreement for 100% of FESM, a 30.6 MW wind farm located in Mexicali, Baja California.
Outstanding events

- February 13, 2026: The Issuer ratified the approval of a new investment ("The Project") in infrastructure/energy; specific details and the corporate restructuring will be disclosed shortly through the corresponding Prospectus.
- October 28, 2025. Information Third Quarter of 2025 for Trust 4235
- July 03, 2025. The Issuer reports the purchase and sale related to the acquisition of all shares representing the share capital of the company in charge of the “Nogal” project, whose acquisition process and transaction closing will be completed during the fourth quarter of 2025.
- April 30, 2025. Annual Report for the year 2024 for Trust 4235
