DESCRIPTION OF INVESTMENTS

Investment objective
The purpose is to invest in infrastructure projects such as social infrastructure, oil and gas, electric and renewable energy (wind, photovoltaic, and hydroelectric), hydraulic infrastructure, and transport.
 
As of December 31, 2023 it has invested in
  •   Other investments made and/or assets investments
    • - Platform "Broquers", for growth in the garbage treatment process
      - "Procuraduría General de Justicia Offices" in Tijuana, Baja California.
      - Mante-Ocampo-Tula Hightway
Outstanding events

On 03/01/2024, Eduardo Santoyo Vasquez leaves the position of key official in the administrator's team.
Accumulated divestments

- On December 11, 2018 the issuer announced that a fortuitous event occurred which impede it from continuing to participate in the investment of the "Hospital Garcia IMSS" project.
- On April 2, 2019 the issuer announced its decision to give up the contract with the project "Hospital Tepotzotlán IMSS".
- On September 14, 2021 the issuer announced divestment of social infrastructure project.
